The Claims Settlement Coordinator position is based out of our office located in Salinas, CA. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
Your impact:
- Doing Trouble Reports/Claims
- Making sure files are marked correctly for troubles
- Keeping a detailed list of all trouble reports for the buyer/buyers they assist
- Following up and making sure troubles are settled in a timely manner
- Entering troubles into the system
- Making sure the troubles are resolved and closed out in the system
- Putting the Troubles/Claims in the attachments and shipping the files accordingly
- Making sure Troubles/Claims are done in the correct format
About you:
- Working knowledge of computers
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Able to manage deadlines and priorities
- Previous experience would be ideal but is not necessary
