We are currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Delray Beach, FL.

As a Sales Representative you are responsible for developing, maintaining, and building positive customer relationships to achieve maximum sales profitability, market penetration, and growth of the department and company.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, goal driven, and truly passionate salesperson who enjoys working with produce and the entire sales process from start to finish. They will have the ability to analyze complex and changing market factors, evaluate alternative sales practices, and recommend or implement effective courses of action.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelors’ degree in Agriculture, Sales or Business
  • 3-5 years’ industry experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in a confident, decisive manner
  • Self-starter with the passion and determination to work hard and meet or exceed goals
  • Should be an assertive problem solver who looks beyond the standard solutions to overcome challenges and is comfortable working with a variety of personalities and individuals
  • Ability to work well with a team
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Achieve budgeted sales volume objectives, market penetration, average sales price by product and ultimately, contribute to company profitability
  • Provide input as to relevant market information, strategies, visions and goals
  • Grow distribution and placement in both new and existing accounts
  • Develop and communicate strategies to grow market share and customer base
  • Manage budgets to ensure effectiveness and meet area targets
  • Work collaboratively to ensure optimal customer service and support
  • Identify and analyze local market dynamics and pursue new opportunities
