We are looking to add to our team! We need a Domestic Sales Manager!

As the Domestic Sales Manager you will be working for our IMG Citrus Division located in Vero Beach, FL and will be responsible for handling the day to day citrus sales process to customers in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Help company continue to grow packing and market share profitably
  • Promote company objectives and strategies
  • Coordinate sales operations with all other departments of the company
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Seek out and develop new customers
  • Facilitate customer meetings and presentations
  • Meet or exceed established volume and margin targets for sales with current and new customers
  • Identify and analyze local market dynamics and pursue new opportunities.
  • Timely communicate to customers and team members market information, product availability, market pricing, quality and all other necessary information
  • Collaborate with team to determine best weekly harvesting and packing schedule
  • Complete daily run sheet to fulfill customer orders
  • All other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate: 

Our Ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who will become of our team. We are searching for an individual who can manage our domestic sales and will be able to communicate with not only our customers but our growers as well about our products and the condition of the market. They will drive our sales and help maintain our team environment. 

Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of produce sales experience with proven track record of sales growth, customer relationships and business development
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of citrus preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, successfully multi-task and give attention to detail
  • Solution oriented
  • Reliable and motivated team player
  • Self-starter and able to exercise independent judgment
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency a must (word, excel, etc…)
