Job Description:
FreshKO Produce Services, a locally owned produce distribution company located in California’s Central Valley, is looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
We're offering competitive salary based on experience, and a comprehensive employee benefit package.
This is a full-time position, requiring the ability to work on Sunday in place of a weekday.

Requirements:
- Previous produce retail experience is a plus
- Attendance -punctual – consistently arrives to work and on time
- Dependably – follows instructions and responds well to directions
- Strong customer service and marketing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual required
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Primarily selling to major retailers, independent grocers, food service, and wholesalers.
- Seek to improve sales revenue in line with established sales targets
- Provide sales support and superior customer service to existing customers while also acquiring new clientele
Education:
- A college degree is preferred but not required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills -- written, verbal, interpersonal
- A positive, professional attitude with the ability to take initiative on processes outside of the defined job scope, including motivation to research and provide proactive solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems
- Excellent computer skills, able to work with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Email
