We are searching for a high-level FOB Salesperson to assume the role of Tomato Product Manager in a high-energy, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You will be in a prime position to grow within a world-class, international sales and marketing company. We have been experiencing double-digit growth year over year by leading sales programs for the tomato category. Though you will be responsible for selling a full catalog of products, the emphasis will be placed on the tomato commodity.

- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
- Spanish a plus but not necessary to excel in this position
- Minimum 5+ years FOB sales experience
- Basic computer skills
- College degree a plus but would rather have the solid experience to communicate with all levels of people.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sales plans
- Responsible for developing leads and convert them to new customers
- Managing and growing current accounts
- Work in concert with the rest of our dynamic sales team
- Bring our tomato business to a new level with the support of our solid reputation in the produce industry.
- Analyze and forecast market economics and communicate short, mid, and long term opportunities. Monitor and adjust plans and orders accordingly
- Coordinate the planning and execution of the annual tomato plan with direct responsibility to manage the day to day flow of product from the fields to the customers
- Communicate pertinent (supply and demand) information to the sales team
- Support the sales team's development of long & midterm sales & promotional plans
- Monitor and communicate weekly order movement
- 4-year college degree is a plus, but not necessary.

ideal candidate will be someone who is dynamic, outgoing, personable, sharp and driven.
Produce experience is a must. Ideally in tomatoes. This is primarily a phone position. May have some outside client/grower contact, but this is an FOB sales position. Must be able to have strong relationship building skills.
