Job Description:

Branch Farms is seeking an experienced FOB and Account Sales Manager based in South Bay, Florida.  The qualified individual will be an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with the ability to multi task. Knowledge of FOB sales is a must. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, vibrant communicator and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This individual will be responsible for building sales with existing and new customers while maintaining fair return to our growers.

Position Reports to: 
Company Owner
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • FOB produce sales account management to existing and new customers
  • To meet established quarterly sales goals for  accounts and develop on-going strategies within each account
  • Develop strong relationships with new accounts, as selected jointly by you and management
  • Manage pricing with guidance from management
  • Prepare sales contracts, ads, and promotional programs for current and new accounts with final approval from management
  • Communicate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  • Maintain and increase the sales of Branch Farms’ entire product line to ALL accounts
  • Participate and attend selected trade shows, industry events and to uphold company integrity
Qualifications: 
  • 7+ years experience in the produce industry selling fresh produce
  • Experience in selling, marketing and pricing
  • Customer base knowledge, or other related experience is desired
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with computer competency
  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent customer service skills are key factors in the success of this role
  • Growth and sales oriented and the ability to work and succeed in a team atmosphere
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Drive and motivation to generate new business, and maintain current relationships
  • On-site position in South Bay, Florida.
