The team is responsible for working with clients to ensure business requirements are properly identified, analyzed, and implemented. Responsibilities & Duties:
- To be able to understand client’s business operations and how they can best use the ERP software.
- Interpret client needs and to configure and implement the software solutions to an agreed pre-defined blueprint.
- Assist clients in preparing pre-live simulations and testing
- To work to specific project plans and deadlines.
- To liaise with the software development team to progress customer specific modifications.
- To deliver end user training and train the trainer.
- Complete comprehensive documentation to a high standard including configuration specifications, customer specific process guides and training documentation.
- Support clients through the go-live process

Ideal Candidate:
- Preferably at least one full lifecycle of produce software implementation
- Broad knowledge of business processes and practices within the produce industry
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Accounting
- Understanding of produce accounting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- To be a clear communicator at all levels for presentations and training to clients
- Good oral and written communication and presentational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
