Job Description: 

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Implementation Team, working on the deployment of our highly configurable software solution. The team is responsible for working with clients to ensure business requirements are properly identified, analyzed, and implemented. Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • To be able to understand client’s business operations and how they can best use the ERP software.
  • Interpret client needs and to configure and implement the software solutions to an agreed pre-defined blueprint.
  • Assist clients in preparing pre-live simulations and testing
  • To work to specific project plans and deadlines.
  • To liaise with the software development team to progress customer specific modifications.
  • To deliver end user training and train the trainer.
  • Complete comprehensive documentation to a high standard including configuration specifications, customer specific process guides and training documentation.
  • Support clients through the go-live process

Ideal Candidate: 
  • Preferably at least one full lifecycle of produce software implementation
  • Broad knowledge of business processes and practices within the produce industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Accounting
  • Understanding of produce accounting processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • To be a clear communicator at all levels for presentations and training to clients
  • Good oral and written communication and presentational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
