Job Description:
Manage, develop and implement marketing communication/sales programs that generate sales for SCS Food and Agricultural programs.

- This is an office based job. Sit 6+ hours per day. Keyboarding 6+ hours per day.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Work with internal marketing teams, external agencies and also independently to develop business-to-business collateral, advertising, website, co-marketing initiatives and sales materials.
- Conduct market, industry and competitive research and analysis to drive customer-focused plans, determine key program selling points and identify best customer prospects.
- Develop and manage annual marketing plan and associated budgets for key programs
- Track marketing tactics to evaluate performance and assess return on investment.
- Assist and support corporate marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement tools to streamline work processes and increase consistency.
- Travel domestically to attend trade shows, conferences or to support customers.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing communications or advertising to Agriculture
- Marketing experience in the food safety, Sustainability, Supply Chain management, agricultural industries or public health.
- Ability to write and execute the visual layout of trade advertising, collateral materials and websites.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently and with teams.
- Strong organizational and research/analytical skills.
- Strong business writing skills for developing presentations and letters.
- Professional industry related portfolio.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Growers/Shippers.
- Business to business marketing experience.
- Both advertising agency and corporate marketing experience.
- Experience marketing products or services domestically and internationally.
