Job Description:
We are looking to add a Transportation Coordinator to our team in Kingsburg, California.

Requirements:
- Answer phones, communicate with customers, drivers, Office Staff and Problem solve with Maintenance, Safety, Sales, Vendors, and other Dispatchers
- Respond to problems, troubleshoot, adjust, correct, and dispatch
- Manage and counsel drivers to motivate, improve performance, train, work schedule, create better communication, and trust, ensure company policies are being followed by all drivers
- Respond to breakdowns
- Cultivate customer relations and work to best utilize equipment; work with other dispatchers to maximize efficiency and workload
- Job Site Coverage: Manage customer inventories levels; safe and operable condition and evaluate driver performance
- Schedule drivers/loads, give drivers recons, Bill of Lading Sheets, Daily Log Sheets, and Equipment
- Recap and confirm all orders on a Dispatch Sheet
- Maximize logistics of driver location to customer origin and destinations in order to maximize driver and company efficiency
- Manage all Reefer Drivers on ELD and be aware of HOS
- Enter all loads into Company Software
Qualifications:
- Staying up-to-date in industry standards by continuing education, participating in workshops, etc
- Possess certain skills and qualifications to be able to efficiently take up more responsibilities
- Capable of working independently without supervision
- Knowledge of IT, attention to detail, problem solving, multitasking
- Good people skills, control stress, must be flexible
- Ability to coordinate over 50 plus Independent Contractor and/or company drivers to various job sites
- Excellent customer service skills and driver relation skills
