Job Description:
We are looking to add a Forklift Operator to our team in Winters, California.
This person will operate a company-owned or leased forklift to facilitate production.
Compensation/Salary:
12.50/hour
Requirements:
- Must have one year of experience as a Forklift Operator
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be forklift certified
- Must have a High School degree or equivalent

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain the facility’s equipment, materials, and maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
- On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment
- Use Scanning devices to keep track of inventory moves
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances
- Efficiently move products from staging and/or storage areas into the correct intended locations
- Lift a minimum of 55 pounds of cased or sacked product
- Must be able sweep, bend, stoop, climb and work at heights above 6 feet for up to 8 hours per week
- Good vision & hand eye coordination is required
- Must be able to frequently walk, stand, bend, grasp, climb & twist
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and scheduled overtime
