Job Description:
Castle Rock Vineyards is grower, packer, and shipper of premium table grapes and is currently seeking a Sales Representative in Delano, CA. The position requires working in a team environment, maintaining and maximizing relationships with current accounts, as well as seeking new customers. This position will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of FOB Sales experience
- BA/BS preferred, but experience can be substituted
- Travel will be required
- Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
- Comfortable with computer and managing customer orders in Famous (or willing to learn.)
- Need a motivated sales person looking to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and manage accounts to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Be aware of market conditions and collaborate with the sales team on pricing and sales.
- Participate in industry trade/food shows, and customer events.
- Track inventory and work with team to best manage
- Monitor and collect customers' A/R within company policy and terms.
