Job Description:
The main goals of this position are:
- To bring greater transparency and monitoring of the Grower Supply to our Supply Chain
- To establish acreage, volume, and seed tracking for the Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales Department(s), which in turn will help Mastronardi Produce deliver exceptional customer service
Under the direction of management, the Grower Supply Analyst is responsible for the collection, organization, analysis, and reporting of supply chain initiatives. Standards of performance / KPIs will be monitored and reported on a regular basis as well as tracking key performance indicators that are critical to the success of crop planning.

Requirements:
- University Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Proven ability to develop well thought out and accurate analysis for management decision making
- Expert proficiency in Excel
- Strong writing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Company confidentiality agreement will be required
- Willingness to work independently, with minimal supervision and take ownership of job
- Work with a high degree of professionalism and personal integrity
Working Conditions:
- Combination of office (80%) and refrigerated warehouse (20%) environment
- Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Position requires sitting, standing, walking and bending on a regular basis

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase match of supply and demand
- Create Dashboards & Reports for Supply Chain Managers
- Collect sales records & trends of growers to assure we have fresh and ready product specific to that customer group to be serviced out of that MPL (or MPL related) facility
- Be the steward of Supply Chain Data, including Acreage Plans, LT Forecasts, Original Plans, Data Definitions, Plant Dates, Seed Drop Dates, and Pack Schedule monitoring
- Validate and identify discrepancies between grower forecast and data driven historical forecast
- Communicate reporting to Senior Management accurately and on time
- Monitor greenhouse acreage in production vs out of production and report to senior management any deviations to the plan.
