SmartWash Solutions has a career opportunity available for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Service Representative. The Technical Service Representative position will provide support with the installation, implementation and management of all SmartWash systems. They will be charged with caring for customer needs and visiting customers to provide service throughout the year. The tech will also be required to provide support at the SmartWash production facility.
- Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, implementing and managing projects on the plant floor while communicating needs and requirements up and down the chain of management, with both the plant staff and the SmartWash staff.
- This person will also be responsible for training floor employees, supervisors, and management staff on the SmartWash systems including, but not limited to troubleshooting, operational procedures, employee safety concerns, food safety concerns and prerequisite programs.
- Maintaining focus on customer support through continuous improvements and excellent service as well as becoming familiar with food processing environments in industries such as produce and proteins are key to succeeding in this role.
- Travel approximately 10% to 50% of the time, experience working with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to lift 50lbs. are required.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
