Replenishment Coordinator

Job Description: 

Forecasts and manages our customers off-site inventory needs.  Ensures proper inventory rotation based on customers guidelines.  Proactively communicates orders and changes to all branches of the product supply chain.  Supports the customer’s order fill rate expectation of a 98% or higher service level at DC and store service level.

IMPORTANT NOTES: This is a Temporary Position, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.

The work schedule for this position is:  4:30am -1:00pm Monday through Friday.

Requirements: 

Must be extremely dependable and flexible (work schedule begins as early as 4:30am and Saturday hours may be required).

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Store Calls
  • Updates daily inventory log for multiple DCs.
  • Submits daily inventory forced activity requests and short requests to rotate inventory or to cover possible inventory shortages.
  • Processes open order changes in a timely manner based on specified deadlines.
  • Forecasts and enters orders for all shipping points dedicated to servicing the DCs.
  • Matches Customer's PO with Frieda Invoices to ensure a 100% match rate.
  • Checks drop ship passing to ensure passing matches customers PO to safeguard DC service level.
  • Issues credit memos for rejections, short ships or overages in a timely manner.
  • Communicates all orders to local growers/supplier that service the DCs which the analyst is responsible for.
  • Responsible for EDI order data management, Special Buys and PCP orders.
  • Communicates FOB CA orders to customer's traffic department in a timely manner.
  • Creates or suggests solutions to help team achieve a store order fill rate of 98% or better.
Education: 

High school diploma or general education degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.  Some work experience in the produce industry would be beneficial, but not required.

Computer Skills                                           

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should be computer literate with knowledge of Excel.
