Our rapidly expanding company is ready to increase our team with an enthusiastic Production Manager,

The ideal candidate should be passionate about efficiency, have excellent people and management skills, and have experience in managing multiple production crews. 

The Production Manager will excel in lean management, streamlining production lines and creating SOP’s in collaboration with other production team members.

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing, training and development of the production crews, while fostering a positive environment of respect and safety for his/her people, our customers and the environment.

The Production Manager must be able to work independently and collaboratively, performing multiple-level projects in conjunction with his/her daily activities.

Compensation/Salary:

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in crew management
  • Experience with HACCP/GFSI a plus
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office 2007 applications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license

  • Crew management, supervising, training, and coaching team members.
  • Implementing lean management practices, making it part of our culture
  • Explaining and demonstrating machinery safety
  • Troubleshooting of growing, harvest and packing equipment malfunctions
  • Participating in the company’s Research and Development projects related to growing and equipment.
