Young Guns, Inc., the premier grower-processor-shipper in Southern New Mexico is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our fast- paced sales team.
The acceptable candidate will be an energized self-starter with a minimum of 3-5 of produce sales experience.
Candidate must be self-motivated, able to multi task, a conscientious team player with excellent communication and computer skills. Candidate must also be available to travel between Young Guns, Inc.’s locations in Hatch and Deming, New Mexico.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal and interpersonal
- Innate understanding of the sales process
- Strong work ethic, goal oriented with the ability to take initiative
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, PTI compliant software, QuickBooks
- Previous experience with the produce sales
- Extensive knowledge of the produce industry
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus
