Young Guns, Inc. is a company working with distributors and retailers across the United States. We are currently seeking an Account Specialist to support our growing company and product line.
Candidate must be self-motivated, able to multi task, a conscientious team player with excellent communication and computer skills. Candidate must also be available to travel between Young Guns, Inc.’s locations in Hatch and Deming, New Mexico.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal and interpersonal
- Innate understanding of the order entry process
- Strong work ethic, goal oriented with the ability to take initiative
- Previous experience with data entry and customer service
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus

- Order entry for all Young Guns, Inc. commodities into company software
- Provide professional customer service in a fast paced environment
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with customers and brokers
- Analyze orders and reports
- Act as support for internal teams
- Assist with incoming calls in the Sales Office
- Manage and maintain all internet sales and product management websites
