Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities & Duties: 

Daily responsibilities include:  

  • Handling incoming sales calls from current customers and sales prospects
  • Building relationships over the phone
  • Proactively creating opportunities for additional sales with new and existing customers
  • Taking it upon yourself to make cold calls and set appointments for outside sales people
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records of all sales and customers
  • Additionally, stay current on all the latest information and trends in produce and grocery industries
  • Review and adjust pricing levels as needed
  • Maintain and develop working relationship with the team
Qualifications: 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven success managing accounts
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Aggressive, competitive and committed
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
  • Effective time management skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Experience:

  • Prior produce sales experience highly desirable
  • Proven success in account management
