NOW HIRING: PRODUCE BUYER/RETAIL MERCHANDISER
Ward’s Supermarket, Inc. is a 4th generation owned grocery store in Gainesville, Florida.
We are seeking an experienced retail grocery produce buyer/merchandiser/manager. This person needs to be honest, dependable, highly motivated and able to supervise and lead associates in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of perishables and quality standards.
- Computer experience needed for ordering, scheduling employees and placing weekly ads.
- Need to maintain gross profits.
This is NOT strictly an office job; heavy lifting and forklift operation may be required.
