In this business, timing is crucial. When you need an order, you can count on Veg-Fresh’s own in-house logistics department and fleet of trucks and won’t be at the mercy of third party, LTL carriers.

We are currently seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to direct all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and supervision of drivers and all warehouse floor personnel.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Direct all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and supervision of drivers and all warehouse floor personnel
Maintain inventory accuracy, including daily and weekly inventory counts
Oversee inventory quality, including a system of identifying product nearing its shelf life
Manage equipment maintenance and repair-pallet jacks, forklifts, trucks, refrigeration equipment, etc.
Train and evaluate warehouse workers
Scheduling of drivers and warehouse workers, with an eye toward minimizing overtime
Identify areas of improvement and implement processes to maximize efficiencies
Manage warehouse and packing supplies
Be an effective team member and team leader
