As we grow our business, we have an immediate opening for a part-time Sales & Office Admin Assistant with a great attitude who is hard-working and eager to take on new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include a range of activities that will support our Sales team, including account management assistance, client follow-up, addressing the needs and concerns of clients, writing reports, social media, and light sales.
We’re looking for someone who has excellent phone skills and can communicate effectively in a professional, friendly manner. The best candidates will be highly organized, responsible, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
This is an hourly position that offers the potential for transitioning to full-time and further career development for the right person.
- Assist Sales team with administrative and sales activities
- Make follow-up phone calls to clients
- Work with Salesforce CRM to keep client data up-to-date and organized
- Work with social media tools including MailChimp, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter
- Write reports
- Light phone sales
- Other duties as assigned
