Job Description:

Titan Farms is seeking an experienced Account Sales Manager based out of Ridge Spring, SC.

The qualified individual will be an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with the ability to multi task. Knowledge of FOB sales is a must.

The position will be part of an energetic sales team responsible for the development of Titan Farm’s aggressive growth plan. The ideal candidate will be a self-started, vibrant communicator and be able to thrive in a fast paced business.

Requirements: 
  • 7+ years experience in the produce industry selling fresh produce
  • Experience in selling, marketing, pricing, customer base knowledge, or other related experience is desired
  • Prior sales, supervisory and/or technical experience is preferred
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with computer competency
  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent customer service skills are key factors in the success of this role
  • Growth and sales oriented with the ability to work and succeed in a team atmosphere
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Drive and motivation to generate new business, and maintain current relationships
Responsibilities & Duties: 

As the Sales Account Manager you are responsible for developing a strategic plan with management for aggressive growth, customer development, and product extensions. 

  • FOB produce sales account management to existing and new customers
  • Meet established quarterly sales goals for accounts and develop on-going strategies within each account
  • Develop strong relationships with new clients, as selected jointly by you and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing
  • Manage pricing and margins with guidance from the VP of Sales
  • Prepare sales contracts, ads, and promotional programs for current and new accounts with final approval from the VP of Sales
  • Communicate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  • Maintain and increase the sales of Titan Farm’s entire product line to ALL accounts
  • Participate and attend selected trade shows, industry events and uphold company integrity
  • Work closely with farm providing items such as:
    • Forecast
    • Promotional and other real time programs
  • Oversee development of both FOB and contract programs
  • Serves as a consultant to customers
