Job Description:

Titan Farms is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative based out of Ridge Spring, SC. The qualified individual will be an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with the ability to multi task. The position will be part of a new and energetic sales team responsible for the development of Titan Farm’s aggressive growth plan. The ideal candidate will a team player, vibrant communicator, ability to thrive in a fast past business and oversee all aspects of a energetic sales office.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • To assist the sales team in all aspects of office administration and management
  • Work closely with sales team, and perform duties to help develop the growth of the company
  • Assist sales team in developing the business with efficient execution of administration
  • Manage all internal administration for the sales team that includes communication with operations, the farm, pack house and growers
  • Organize and prepare paperwork for external communication to all customers
  • Enter and ship all orders in Famous
  • Create customer passing’s and distribute
  • Create sales orders, manage conversion to invoicing
  • Enter lot and inventory information from farms
  • Create BOL
  • Oversee pending orders and organize system for all outbound orders
  • Communicate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  • Ensure satisfactory completion of orders and prompt follow-up regarding orders, complaints, problems, etc.
  • Assist sales team in monitoring accounts receivables and performs all necessary steps to help within acceptable terms
  • Help create and develop sales reporting tools and other reports to help ensure organization in sales office
  • Prepare presentations for customers
  • Work with logistics department to help line up and manage trucks

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in the produce industry
  • Experience in working with a sales team
  • Prior sales assistant, administrative and/or technical experience is preferred.
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with computer competency
  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent customer service skills are key factors in the success of this role
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and outside of the box thinking to improve efficiencies
