Job Description:
Taylor Farms Retail, Inc. has a career opportunity available for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Payroll Manager.
This position will specialize in the ability to multi-task and be a central point of contact for our Union represented employees and Management. In this role, customer service, attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to meet regular deadlines are key.
The right candidate will be well versed in full cycle payroll processing, state and local laws and compliance requirements. Qualified individuals will enjoy working in our fast paced environment and possess sound judgment and decision making skills.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in Payroll
- CPP Certification is a plus
- Experience with Ulti-Pro Software is a plus
- Must possess leadership skills
- Ability to analyzing information and pay keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent grammar, spelling and proof reading skills
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- A proven track record of excelling with accounting responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills

- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
