Taylor Farms California, Inc. has a career opportunity available for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as the Food Safety & Sanitation Manager.
This person will be responsible for the overall leadership and comprehensive development of the plant’s food safety and sanitation program ensuring the highest levels of food safety are achieved through sanitary processes and procedures. This person will also be able to develop and implement the company’s SSOP and ensure compliance to company standards through leading, training and scheduling the team.
A solid understanding of HACCP, budget management and working with minimal oversight are critical components of this role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to successfully facilitate sanitation strategies and GMP’s.
Qualified individuals will enjoy working in our fast paced environment and have the ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish and work well with others. The ability to work 3rd shift five to six days per week and travel to Yuma, AZ during the Winter season.
