We have a career opportunity available for a talented and motivated individual to join our Brand Group team as an Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) in Salinas, CA.

The right person for this position is a critical thinker who can collaborate and brainstorm with a team of highly motivated individuals who love to develop and create. Qualified individuals will enjoy working in our fast paced environment and have the ability to work and communicate well with others.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing or 4-5 years in marketing/communications experience
  • A proven ability to work with a variety of people and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • Knowledge of Nielsen scandata metrics and usage application
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Photoshop, and schematic development familiarity a plus
  • Communication and people leadership
  • A demonstrated record of achievement, outstanding leadership skills, and strong analytical/problem solving abilities
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Perform business analysis to strengthen the brands integrated marketing program
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that contribute to brand volume and profit
  • Evaluate consumer and category trends and direction to maximize promotional reach and effectiveness
  • Help in developing digital platform direction across branded and private label segments
  • Interact with product managers and sales team to develop brand collateral ensuring uniform and timely new item introduction material
  • Manage brand and SKU specification compliance
  • Initiate and analyze market research to improve the brands marketing efforts
  • Participate in the development of effective advertising copy and media plans
  • Coordinating package and product improvements that enhance the brand
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating other business build projects
