Seminole Brand Development is a company under the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc.

The Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. is an entrepreneurial corporation that continues to take on different business enterprises, including Seafood, Beef, Wines, Energy Drinks and Fruits. They are continually looking to expand their corporation into a variety of industries.

The Seminole Brand Development company, partners with manufacturers to bring premium brands to market through a combination of marketing, sales and operational efforts. Our most current venture is Seminole Pride Noble (a brand of pure, organic and blended juices) and OWV (bottled natural alkaline spring water).

We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager who will manage sales and profit growth of our juice and water brands under the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc., thru broker networks that manage grocery, convenience and natural channels.

As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for a market area, which includes the states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine

You will also work with the V.P. of Sales on creating new markets in the Western region of the U.S., thru broker networks that manage grocery, convenience and natural channels.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Develop and execute a sales plan by broker market with the objective of increasing sales through new distribution.
  • Understand customers’ business drivers and market-specific challenges to successfully identify strategic opportunities.
  • Develop consistent promotional support of merchandising programs while staying within the spending guidelines of the company.
  • Responsible for sales volume, distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising objectives through broker organizations.
  • Work with Marketing and Senior management on marketing strategies.
  • Additional roles include all customer communication, trade fund management, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Additional responsibilities include the management of Noble Juice Master Broker.

They will have the knowledge and experience in creating and executing successful business plans that have resulted in growth. They will drive sales, lead with professionalism and integrity, and have the ability to manage and execute a variety of activities.  Located in the Northeast U.S. with produce background.

Qualifications: 
  • 5 years or more of top sales performance.
  • Consumer product industry or related sales experience.
  • Demonstrated management and key account calling experience.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business or related fields.
  • Strong Leadership and team building skills.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Trade class and industry knowledge.
  • A passion for marketing and selling premium brands.
  • Broker management experience.
