We are currently seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop new retail business and maximize existing retail accounts sales.
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining customer relationships in a team environment. You will network daily with customers, growers, and distribution partners.

- Fluent in MS Office Suite
- Extended hours at times
- Bilingual preferred, not required
- Import/Export experience a plus
- Identify and strategically pursue industry trends in fast-growing segments
- Develop new business opportunities by focusing on customer needs and new marketing opportunities
- Manage customer FOB pricing structure weekly within given timetables to ensure value, quality, availability, and food safety
- Ongoing evaluation, selection and management of key business relationships
- Effectively communicate with team members to drive sales through team meetings, customer visits, product knowledge and retail services
- Create customer sales presentation materials and present in meetings with retail accounts
- Occasional travel to conventions, shows and customer locations
- College degree (B.A. /B.S.) in related fields of study desired, or relevant experience in the produce industry.
