We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Specialties Merchandiser Floater in Irwindale, California. Under the guidance of the RTS Merchandising Supervisor, supports all retail level direction designed to enhance productivity and sales, predominantly, but not limited to, in the DSD major chain accounts service stores.

- Initiates and communicates with assigned customer contacts to insure program integrity/execution.
- Assists in the monitoring of sales and set expectations within the merchandising unit.
- Assists in the monitoring of merchandising goals and execution in stores of merchandising unit.
- Trains and coaches on an on-going basis on all related store level expectations, including the merchandising, up-selling, and distribution of all RTS product in merchandising team’s territories.
- Interacts, initiates, and follows through with assigned customer contacts on all related merchandising team responsibilities.
- Assists in maintaining all up to date information relating to merchandising teams processes and policies.
- Actively participates in the compliance of all related RTS programs designed to increase good will and insure sales and profitability.
- Acts as liaison, carrying Sales and Marketing message to customer contacts when deemed appropriate.
- As time permits, assists in all stores related/merchandising needs of RTS Division.
- Fills in for vacation and day off requests within merchandising team territories.
- Performs re-set/grand opening activity as deemed appropriate for customers.
- May perform fresh-cut re-sets from time to time and/or visit Independent customer base when needed.
