We are currently seeking a Sales Representative/Account Manager who is a self-motivated, reliable, and responsible individual.
As a Sales Representative/Account Manager your main responsibility will be to maintain and further develop current customer relationships. You will also focus on expanding our customer base and contributing to the growth of the company.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in produce sales
- Proven sales managerial success
- High Energy and desire to succeed
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Excel and Word a plus
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be able to work weekends
- Able to travel to customers for 95% of their day
- Participate in daily sales meetings and product sampling
- Create customer sales presentation materials and present in meetings
- Opening new accounts
- Calling existing customers on a daily basis, obtaining produce orders, and entering them into sales order database system
- Maintain and generate sales growth with current retail customers
- Track and analyze customer sales history and purchasing trends
- Identify and strategically pursue industry trends in fast-growing segments
- Develop new business opportunities by focusing on customer needs and new marketing opportunities
