Job Description: 

We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative for phone sales and order entry.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be a self-motivated, reliable and responsible professional who must have excellent customer service skills.

Requirements: 
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working with fresh produce
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent phone communication and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills a must, with proficiency in MS Office
  • Organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
  • Must be energetic and a fast learner; team oriented and clean cut
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner, and assist customers whenever appropriate
  • Effectively process and manage customer orders from the time they are received until the product ships, utilizing the industry database system
  • Track customer orders
  • Ensure special customer requirements are accurate, current, and noted on orders
  • Implement quick decisions and problem solving in sudden and unplanned situations that can occur in produce sales
  • Provide professional customer service in a fast paced environment, with a focus on process improvement and contributing to improving teamwork and workflow
