As an Inside Sales Representative you will be a self-motivated, reliable and responsible professional who must have excellent customer service skills.

- Minimum of two years’ experience working with fresh produce
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent phone communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills a must, with proficiency in MS Office
- Organized, with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
- Must be energetic and a fast learner; team oriented and clean cut
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner, and assist customers whenever appropriate
- Effectively process and manage customer orders from the time they are received until the product ships, utilizing the industry database system
- Track customer orders
- Ensure special customer requirements are accurate, current, and noted on orders
- Implement quick decisions and problem solving in sudden and unplanned situations that can occur in produce sales
- Provide professional customer service in a fast paced environment, with a focus on process improvement and contributing to improving teamwork and workflow
