Located in South Philadelphia near the stadiums, Procacci Brothers is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking managers with various levels of produce experience to help sustain the momentum! We are currently seeking talent in the areas of production, logistics, and distribution.
Responsibilities include:
- Guarantee customer specification and quality of packaged product.
- Motivate, educate, and supervise assigned personnel.
- Ensure timely shipment of correct quantities while adhering to specific operational procedures.
- Effectively communicate daily details of the operation with all subordinates, peers, and upper management.
- Make certain safety and general housekeeping rules are maintained at all times.
