We are rapidly growing and we are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector with a background in produce to help sustain the momentum.
As a Quality Control Inspector you will be responsible for performing inspections, checks, and tests on product to ensure that all inbound and outbound product meet standards of quality and safety.
- Ability to multi-task while prioritizing inspections to fit company needs
- Strong attention to detail; excellent communication and written skills
- Must-have prior experience in the fresh-produce industry (previous interaction with USDA preferred)
- Working knowledge of good delivery guidelines for fresh produce

- Conducting routine inspections of incoming and outbound loads of fresh produce
- Rate products according to industry and governmental standards and resolve quality issues
- Provide detailed written qualitative and quantitative reports of all inspected product
- Communicate and coordinate findings with buyers’/sales personnel to determine disposition
