We are currently searching for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in McAllen, TX.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all of our warehouse operations. You will ensure the warehouse continues to work at the highest level of efficiency. You are also responsible for the logistics of all outbound orders.
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Logistics/distribution experience
- Knowledge of produce safety standards
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and other computer programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze information, problem solve, make decisions, prioritize assignments and lead an ever-changing work environment
- Sharp attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
- Strong negotiating skills
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Knowledge of ITRADE and other produce software a plus
- Ensure that the warehouse is working at optimum levels
- Develop receiving and shipping standards
- Utilize our HCAAP program, along with our product recall/traceability program
- Ensure that orders are shipped on time and in a timely manner
- Schedule all out bound orders
- Coordinates with the warehouse inventory team
- Works with the sales team to ensure that sales needs are being met
- Works with accounting to ensure proper reporting
- Oversee re-pack crew
