We are currently looking for a Supply Coordinator to join our team in Delray Beach, FL.
As a Supply Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining supply to facilitate product flow to the various departments within the organization. You will track inventory and work with various departments to ensure that each department is aware of our product supply and what steps need to be taken next to ensure product flow.

- Able to travel to multiple growing regions throughout the year, as well as to other Pero locations as the company deems necessary.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible for settlements by monitoring the allocation of assigned PO’s or lots against actual volume production and sales.
- Work closely with Director of Quality Control and Assurance to assure all products are compliant with necessary regulations.
- Monitor daily product quality evaluation reports with Director of Quality Control and Assurance, and work with Director of Supply to improve inbound quality.
- Responsible for tracking inventory and maintaining par levels to insure availability.
- Maintains adequate inventory levels of product to the meet the Production Schedule
- Responsible for inventory reconciliation efforts of raw goods and finished products including regular cycle counts.
- Coordinates with the Supply Manager and Inventory Management Teams at each location on supply shortages and overages to best utilize inventory value.
- Coordinates with Shipping and Distribution to ensure shipments are accurately received in the system and stored in the correct assigned locations.
- Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain acceptable inventory levels on all assigned commodities and be accountable for all daily purchases for assigned commodities.
