We have an excellent team in place and looking to add another key person at our Delray Beach, Florida. location as a Maintenance Manager. This role is a working management position in which the individual will be managing shop mechanics as well as regional mechanics, working on farm equipment.. This individual must be able to provide direction and overseeing quality. You must be extremely mechanically inclined and make sound decisions when to make a quick repair versus a complete overhaul or replacement. John Deere Experience very helpful. You will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance schedule is followed, detailed records are kept and shop safety.
