Pero Family Farms is a national leader in growing, processing, packaging, sales and marketing, logistics and transportation of healthy and nutritious vegetables.  Pero Family Farms operates state-of-the-art processing and packaging facilities, offering a total end-to-end solution to some of the largest retailers and food merchandisers in the United States. 

Pero’s proud family farming heritage, dates back to 1908.  Even though the company has grown to become a market leader, our family heritage is a big part of our company culture today. Demand from our customers, the largest most respected retailers in the industry, is growing our value-added products at a rapid pace.  One of the results of this growth is the need to expand our Client Services Department.

We are searching for Client Services Managers, Client Services Assistant Managers, and Client Services Coordinators.

If you are new to the industry or simply looking to join a company for a long term career change, Pero Family Farms Food Co., LLC is in need of team members to join our highly motivated, well rounded, and highly successful Client Services Department. Pero’s Client Service Department’s primary role and objective is to not only learn and understand all aspects of our products and services, but also to learn and develop a sound relationship with many of the top retailers, foodservice companies, and wholesale distributors across North America. Engaging every day with key strategic business partners to drive additional sales and marketing strategies of healthy and nutritious vegetables can be a very rewarding and fulfilling career. Requirements: 
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong sales and relationship building skills
