Pandol Bros., Inc. is seeking a full time Payroll Specialist to join its Team at its headquarters in Delano, CA. As the Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for various payroll functions including payroll data entry, maintaining payroll files, reporting, reconciliation and labor contractor documentation monitoring.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll processing required
- Excellent knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficient in Famous, and Microsoft office products
- Attention to detail a must
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Payroll data entry
- Maintain payroll files
- Reporting, reconciliation and labor contractor documentation monitoring
- Reconcile annual payroll and prepares W-2 forms
- Adjusts errors and complaints
- Participates in audits
