Job Description:
We are currently searching for an Operations Manager in Fowler, CA.
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the depot, including operations, inventory control, process improvements and safety.

Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree preferred.
- 5 years of supervisor experience preferred.
- Experience in agriculture production a plus.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to manage for results.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage employee conflict and successful resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
- Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Achieves depot operations operational objectives by contributing depot operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Develops depot operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements.
- Develops depot design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
- Develops depot operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Maintains daily inventory schedules and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Develops Standard Operating Procedures to be used at all depots.
- Tasked with implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs for all depots.
