Job Description:
Pacific International Cold Storage LLC., supplies fresh produce to retail and foodservice markets throughout the world. We are currently looking for a Dispatch Clerk in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatch and administration in the shipping/receiving department, customer service, as well as coordinating receiving and shipping with warehouse personnel and sales personnel.

Requirements:
- Dispatch Shipping/Receiving experience
- Heavy phones/scheduling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of FAMOUS software is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Must be organized, and able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously such as arranging shipment details
- Experience in receiving/shipping programs
- 7-days a week operation, must be flexible in hours

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Shipping/Receiving administration
- Customer service
- Coordinate orders between sales and warehouse personnel
- Call and coordinate inspections by 3rd party companies and agencies
- Editing orders as needed
- Printing bill of ladings and supporting paperwork
- Verify quantity and items on bills of lading to pick tickets, noting discrepancies
- Creating reports
- Understand needs of customers
