We are currently seeking for a Product Sales Lead to join our team in Fresno, CA.
As a Product Sales Lead you are responsible for cultivating new business relationships as well as maintaining established ones. You will provide our customers with excellent customer service, helping with price negotiations and ensuring that they are satisfied with our product service.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with amazing customer service skills who has a passion for the produce/agriculture industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Energetic, aggressive, outgoing professional attitude/personality
- Must have knowledge in the fresh products industry (i.e. produce sales, inspector, broker, exporter etc.)
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with MS Office and other computer programs such as spreadsheets, word processing, email, etc.
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Growth and sales oriented and the ability to work and succeed in a team atmosphere
- Drive and motivation to generating new business, and maintain current relationships
- 5 years of experience in a fresh product company or industry referred
- Bi-lingual - Spanish strongly preferred
- Travel required
- Identify potential customers and generate new revenue
- Supporting existing business customer’s needs
- Communicate with customers and suppliers negotiating product service pricing
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes good telephone etiquette, and all other aspects of customer service
