NPC, LLC has an exciting opportunity available for a talented and passionate individual to join our growing team as a Data Entry / Client Services Agent.
This position would ultimately provide the required Data Entry support in overseeing, supporting the online ordering interface, experience specifically for the company’s valued clientele across the country.
Must have strong Microsoft/Excel capabilities, organization, typing, data entry skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness, decision making, independence, analyzing information, results driven, energy level, fresh produce and/or customer service experience is a plus!
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities, running custom reports as directed.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission through team work by completing related task/results as needed, some being extremely time sensitive.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information accurate and confidential.
- Actively identify root problems proactively and offer solutions within the group.
