Job Description: 

Nature Fresh Farms Sales grows, packages and markets a wide variety of hydroponically grown greenhouse produce. Our high-tech greenhouse offers an optimum growing environment with precise control of heat, humidity, and irrigation to produce nutrient-rich produce. With rapid delivery to market through our automated packing line, maximum freshness is maintained in all of our produce. 

As we continue to grow and succeed, we are looking for new talent to join our team. We are currently seeking to hire a Purchasing and Product Development in Leamington, Ontario, Canada.  Wages based on experience.

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.  The successful candidate will have the ability to establish, build, and maintain business relationships and have a superior understanding of market trends. We need a creative problem-solver who can work well under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Brand management, while maintaining focus on the Company’s strategic goals
  • Involvement with Production
  • Establish and implement short and long term departmental goals
  • Aggressively seek to improve sales revenue in line with established sales targets  
  • Keeping track of all inventory
  • Provide sales support and superior customer service to existing customers while also acquiring new clientele
  • Successfully promote a customer-focused work ethic in tune with the company’s core values and principles
  • Maintain consistent working relationships in a rapidly changing, high pressure environment
  • New product development and offerings of dry goods
  • Purchasing of all dry goods
  • Sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting of dry goods

 

Skills: 
  • Knowledge of Famous software program an asset
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
