Job Description:
Nathel International, a Philadelphia, PA-area based importer and distributor of fresh fruits and vegetables is currently looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Sales Assistant. Based in Mt. Laurel, NJ, we seek an energetic, detail-oriented sales assistant that will aide sales in customer sales and support, as well as assist with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:
- College degree is preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficiency to include email, excel, word and general competency in electronic environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Hard worker
- Competent social skills and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Eagerness to solve problems and work for common good of all
- Able to work weekends and long hours when required
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Customer service
- Sales order entry
- Contract freight and work to maximize efficiency. Freight cost-analysis with intent to leverage costs as company grows
- Assist operations in product selection and shipping
- Provide back-up for sales
- Manage trouble report procedure
- Special duties and projects as assigned
