We are currently looking for a Bookeeper /Accountant who will contribute their energy and knowledge to the growth of our business. We look forward to meeting with candidates that have experience in famous software and are proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform general office duties including but not limited to answering phones, filing, data entry, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Accounting Reports, and etc.
- Maintaining documents and licenses for all state, federal and government.
- Maintain accounts payable and all supporting documents
- Work with sales office to assist with accounts receivable and all supporting documents
- Grower Accounting
- Banking and Bank Reconciliation
- Maintain open communication with Sales Office and Production
- Provide and maintain payroll document requirements and information with outside source
- Compile quarterly and fiscal year-end reports for outside CPA.
- Develop and maintain rigorous documentation standards to ensure ongoing knowledge and transfer of knowledge of all business critical finance and accounting applications and processes.
- Assist with data collection and reporting for operational decision making and planning.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in person
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency ; Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid problem solving skills with a methodical approach
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
