Monarch Nut Company is seeking an experienced processing plant production supervisor to join their team in .
Responsibilities & Duties:
Duties include but are not limited to:
The supervision and coordination of the activities of production and operating workers, such as machine operators, forklift driver, sorters, packers, etc.
Read and analyze production schedules and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Demonstrate equipment operation and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
Requirements:
Ability to motivate people o Excellent communications skills o Willing to work both day and night shift as needed o Pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug screen)
