We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor for our Los Angeles Warehouse.

As a Floor Supervisor and a member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for overseeing numerous aspects of our warehouse, including the supervision of Order Pullers and Receivers.
Maui Fresh International is a wholesale produce distributor operating in the LA Produce Market. We offer a competitive compensation package including salary, performance bonus, vacation, insurance and a 401K plan with company contribution.
- Oversees Order Pullers and Receivers.
- Walks warehouse to help maintain cleanliness of warehouse and ensure general company and warehouse policies and procedures are followed.
- Communicates with Sales and Dispatch to ensure orders are going out smoothly.
- Assists with Food Safety and Security standards of the business.
- Coordinates work schedules to ensure shifts are covered, and breaks and lunches are taken.
- Creates and maintains a positive working climate to promote employee morale and productivity.
- Familiarity and experience with a wide range of produce items.
- Must have working knowledge of the proper operation of warehouse equipment.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong communication and relationship building skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with ProducePro software is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
