Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Salinas, California.
This is a full time non-exempt position with benefits, hours 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday thru Saturday*
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Proficient in Famous, Itrade, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong organizational skills, able to maintain inventories
- Able to work rotating Saturdays and holidays
- Excellent verbal and writing skills. Professional demeanor
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist sales department with all aspects of sales, including generating passings, invoicing, entering orders, booking transportation, assisting customers and collections.
- Assist production department by generating schedules, monitoring quality and production, printing labels, entering receipts.
- Generating quality control reports and food safety documentation.
- Maintain carton and label inventory.
