Legend Produce is consolidating our Dos Palos, CA accounting office into our Scottsdale, AZ office. We are seeking an experienced produce professional to join our team as a full time Bookkeeper.
As the full time Bookkeeper you will play a crucial role in our company being responsible for accounts receivable, account payable and inventory control.
The ideal candidate will have accounting experience in the produce industry and with the Famous software system. They will be highly organized and have a proven track record of excelling with accounting responsibilities.
- Must have experience working in a produce environment
- Knowledge/experience in Famous software system preferred
- Must possess leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- A proven track record of excelling with accounting responsibilities

- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable within the Famous software system
- Update/Adjust inventory within the Famous software system
- Publish required reports in a proactive and timely manner
