As our business continues to grow, we are now searching for a Search Consultant or Sr. Search Consultant to join our team in Granite Bay (Sacramento area) California. If you like people and enjoy helping companies and people get together, this may be the job for you.
Candidate Profile: For this position we are open to hiring two types of candidates: 1) An experienced recruiter with a successful sourcing background, or 2) someone without recruiting experience but who offers fresh produce experience along with the charisma and skill set needed for this position. All candidates should share our values, energy and drive.

Qualifications:
The best candidates for the Search Consultant or Sr. Search Consultant role will have demonstrated strong capabilities or the aptitude to engage and recruit exceptional talent into critical skilled professional roles.
- Ideally, 5+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, with proven success in an agency, search firm environment and/or full life-cycle recruiting role.
- Demonstrated account management skills. Outstanding lead generation and candidate conversion skills.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities including Boolean search methods & techniques, utilizing social networking and other research tools and resources, as well as more creative techniques to identify potential talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills - organizational, follow-up and attention to detail.
- Experience with an applicant-tracking tool.
